Nicholas Bryant Casad Memorial Scholarship

Nicholas Bryant Casad graduated from Terre Haute South Vigo High School in 2021 before continuing his education at Wabash College. With aspirations of becoming a doctor, particularly a pediatrician, Nick pursued his academic and professional goals with determination. He played football at South for four years, but it was his discovery of wrestling that ignited his true passion. He went on to continue his wrestling career at Wabash College, where he dedicated countless hours to training in the weight room in preparation for his matches.

Nick was not only a committed athlete, but also a person with an unforgettable personality. His presence both on and off the mat left a lasting impression. He was admired for his character, being a loyal friend, brother, son, and grandson. Tragically, on June 11, 2023, Nick’s life was cut short when he lost control of his car while on his way to church.

In honor of his legacy, this scholarship fund has been established by Nick’s family to preserve and celebrate his memory.
